The Meltemi blows in the morning with 2-3 Bft. in calm seas, which offers a good start for absolute wing beginners. Those who are already good at winging will experience success relatively quickly. At midday, the wind picks up to 4-6 Bft, the first whitecaps and a slight wave form, so that intermediates and experts get their money’s worth. Towards the evening, a wave forms on the sandbank 30 m from the shore, which can be easily ridden with a foil or jumped by the pros.
